COURSE OVERVIEW
The Web Technologies certificate is designed to provide the student with the skills necessary to design, deploy and maintain a website. The student will create web pages using a popular software authoring tool, as well as utilizing various markup languages. Programs focused on support provide students with the skills needed to troubleshoot, provide hands-on assistance, and give technical support in hardware and software. Several fields of study also exist, such as computer maintenance, operating systems, hardware and software concepts, and creating websites. Lastly, the material covers the information tested for the CIW (Certified Internet Webmaster) certification exam. Programs generally take two to three semesters to complete. Download Course Catalog.
